After a one-year hiatus, the United Way Art Gala is back! We will be returning
to the Brockville Yacht Club on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, for an
evening of fun and art. The gala starts at 7:00 pm, but will be open
for a preview of the collection at 6:30 pm. There will be a cash bar
and hors d'oeuvres.
Ticket holders are guaranteed to take home a fabulous piece of art with a minimum value of $150. When your ticket is drawn, you'll get to pick your piece of art from the collection. The collection has original pieces of art from local artists and collector pieces from well-known Canadian artists. For every ten tickets drawn, a new piece will be added to the collection. There are many amazing pieces. You won't be disappointed!

Over the years, this event has been one of the most successful events that United Way has hosted and certainly has become a signature event for the area. Our success is largely due to the excellent quality of artwork donated by local artists in Leeds & Grenville. We continue to be amazed by the generosity of our local artisans who have contributed many amazing pieces. If you're an artist and would like to donate a piece, please contact Brenda. You will receive a tax receipt for your donation.
