Our Strategic Journey

United Way Leeds & Grenville’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan sets a clear direction for the next three years. Developed through community conversations, stakeholder input, and collaboration between our Board and staff team, it reflects the priorities and needs of the Leeds & Grenville community.

Guided by five strategic directions, the plan focuses on strengthening fundraising and sustainability, building organizational capacity, increasing awareness and leadership, and directing investments toward the community’s greatest needs. Together, these priorities will help drive meaningful impact across Leeds & Grenville.
